Cherish those special moments from when your little ones were born.
Our hospital plaques are a great way to display the special birth details from your little one when they entered the world. Each plaque has your child's name and birth details beautifully etched into 3mm plywood, with their first name in coloured acrylic of your choice. The plaque has a place for your little ones hospital band to be attached, holes to easily slip the band through before sticking it on the back.
Ensure all details are correctly entered into the text box. We take no responsibility for change of mind of text or if you enter the wrong details.
Please note, as these are made on natural timber the grain of the wood will vary slightly on each one.
