Acrylic Habit Tracker

Our acrylic habit trackers are a great way to keep yourself accountable for the goals you set. The tracker has multiple lines to allow for you to set multiple goals each week with space to tick them off once achieved. The tracker also has space down the bottom to make larger monthly goals.

Each tracked will measure, approx. 210mm x 300mm with the option to add magnets in each corner for easy attachment to your fridge. Each planner is personalised for you. 

They are beautifully etched on the back of 3mm acrylic, allowing you to write and remove easily. I find chalk markers work perfectly on each board. Markers not included.
